Mission Statement
The District works in a cost effective and efficient way to support the vision by monitoring, tracking, and ensuring quality of life in the District. Quality of life has been defined as safe water supply, well maintained amenities, recreational opportunities, general safety, and stable and appreciating property values.  Download our mission statement.

We will be selling Rec tags at the Rec center M-F 8am-7pm only.

There is an opportunity for residents to discard their unwanted items each 2nd Saturday of the month at the Maintenance office, 13905 Thermal Drive. The hours for drop off are 8am – 5pm. Items that may not be discarded are tires, batteries, Freon containing devices, and used motor oil.
